Master
of Public Health in Bioinformatics: Biological Sequence Analysis
Description: Most high-throughput data analysis (e.g. clustering, phylogeny, classification, functional proteomics) involves a sequence alignment or pattern matching stage. This new course provides a statistical overview of the core algorithms of sequence analysis for both nucleotide and protein sequences.
