ABSTRACT

Applications of Harmonic Analysis in the Study of Circadian Patterns

Measurements of body temperature, activity, and heart rate for two different strains of mice are measured. Circadian patterns are observed in each of these patterns. Harmonic analysis is used to characterize such circadian patterns.
