Faculty Position in Statistics at Cornell 

The Department of Biological Statistics and Computational Biology at Cornell University invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level with an expected starting date of July 1, 2012. The department is affiliated with Cornell’s Department of Statistical Science. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics, or a closely related field, with a strong research program in statistical theory and/or methodology applicable to modern biological data. 
 
To ensure full consideration, applications should be received by December 15, 2011, but they will be accepted until the position is filled. Applicants applying at the Assistant Professor level should arrange to have three reference letters submitted.
