research

With the Hopkins Genomics Working Group and my advisor Jeff Leek, I work on statistical methods for RNA sequencing data. A list of my publications is available here. Code for my projects is available on github.

teaching

For the springs of 2012 and 2013, I was a statistical consultant for the Hopkins MPH program. In the fall of 2012, I was the lead teaching assistant for Biostatistics 611-612, Statistical Reasoning in Public Health. I also held this position in the fall of 2011 and won the Helen Abbey Award for my work with the course.
