The BIT committee

The BIT Committee in the Department of Biostatistics is responsible for advising the Biostatistics Chair on all issues related to computing. It also serves an oversight role over the Joint High Performance Computing Exchange (JHPCE). The current members of the BIT committee are:

Student Computing Club

Jacob Fiksel and Lamar Hunt are hosting the biostatistics student computing club for the academic year 2016-2017. The club gives students opportunities to develop computing skills necessary and useful for biostatisticians.

High Performance Computing

The Joint High Performance Computing Exchange (JHPCE) is a High-Performance Computing (HPC) facility in the Department of Biostatistics at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
