My research arises from the functional data and images that result from experimental medical research in neurology. I am currently working on methods to explore connectivity in the brain using intracranial EEG measurements from patients with intractable epilepsy.
Another research interest involves extending a Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm to implement covariate control in permutation tests for magnetic resonance (MR) and functional MR images.
