Step 1)
Download the scripts located here.
Step 2)
At a terminal prompt type the following:
tar -xzf scripts.tar.Z
Step 3)
Download your favorite Fasta file to be used as the
BLAST database. (In this example, we will use the Annotated P. Falciparum Fasta file from PlasmoDB).
