After these scripts have been run, any of the three R scripts
(edges.R, singleEdges.R, graphHits.R) can be run in any order.
For instructions on running the scripts, click on the name of the
script above or in the navigation bar to the left. Instructions
given assume that the user is using the demo files that have been
provided with the scripts.
