This script creates a hash file that
contains a unique hit accession number and its chromosome number on
each line. The hash file is a tab-delimited file which is used by
the R scripts.
Usage:
$./makePfa3D7_AnnotatedHash.pl out.txt Pfa3D7_WholeGenome_Annotated_CDS_2005.2.11.fasta
Output:
*This file is used by the R scripts and must be located in the same directory as the R script when said script is being run.
