QHASH.PL

Description

This script creates a hash file that contains a unique query accession number and its chromosome number on each line. The hash file is a tab-delimited file which is used by the R scripts.

Arguments

out.txt from the blast.pl script

Notes

Usage:

$./makePfa3D7_QHash.pl out.txt

Output:

queryIndex

*This file is used by the R scripts and must be located in the same directory as the R script when said script is being run.
