Overview

This is MHS Bioinformatics Capstone Project Webpage for Li Chen, who is a MHS Bioinformatics Candidate in the deparment of Biostatistics at the Johns Hopkins University's Bloomberg School of Public Health. The title of my Capstone Project is: "hmChIP: a database and web server for exploring publicly available human and mouse ChIP-seq and ChIP-chip data", which has now been a publication in Journal Bioinformatics[1]. The hmChIP software has been intergrated with CisGenome[2] in ChIP-chip and ChIP-seq analysis.
