Logic Regression for SNP Selection in Genetic Research for Schizophrenia
As the Second Year and Third Year Research Project. Use Logic regression as a model selection tool to aid multiple markers analysis in Schizophrenia research.

Statistical analysis for Malawi perinatal trial, "Antiretrovirals to reduce postnatal HIV transmission" (PEPI clinical trial)
Conduct statisical analysis for Data and Safety Mornitoring Report using SAS.

Conducted exit survey for 2005 graduating students from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Summer 2004:
Access Database Setup and Quality Control, at Epidemiology Genetic Program in Psychiatry , Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.

We have about thousands of interviews conducted on Ashkenazim Jewishpeople who has been diagnosed for schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder. During the interview, the interviewer will ask the person questions about his/her mental health history and medical history, and try to assess the mental status of the interviewee. The interview is about 160 pages long, usually will last for 2-3 hours. More than one thousand check boxes or blanks will be filled out by the interviewer.

My job is to set up an Access Database to store those interview records and write Visual Basic programs to assure the accuracy of the data.
