This project supports the development and validation of regression methods for multiple outcomes collected in longitudinal studies of disability in older persons. The specific methods being developed address the needs of ongoing research on aging but also have broader application to intervention trials and epidemiologic studies. The methodologic advances from this research will enable researchers involved in such efforts to more efficiently investigate physical function and its causes and modifiers.
